HOW TO ORDER ?
Since our production is 100% handcrafted, it may be possible that some products are not immediately available, also because many customization are feasible to fully match Customer Needs;
This is why it is our care, as soon as we receive a request from our customers, to inform them, always providing a FREE QUOTE where are displayed all information and options available for payment, shipping methods and delivery time.

HERE BELOW SOME USEFUL INFORMATION:
- We supply our products in Europe, Unites States of America and Canada
- You can place orders either by e-mail or fax.
- Customer will know the Exact Order Total Amount included shipping costs BEFORE PAYMENT.
- STD Packing is included in our prices
  Payments can be made through bank transfer or using CREDIT CARDS using PAYPAL services

DISPATCH OF THE GOODS
Availabe at stock items will normally be dispatched as soon as your order payment has been received; In any case we are fully committed to respect delivery times showed in our quotes.

SHIPPING COSTS
Having a high number of items, we cannot offer a standard delivery charge.
Normally a standard shipment in ECC is in a range between 20 /30 €uro

Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices quoted within our pages are inclusive of ITALIAN VAT at 20%.
VAT must be paid by all Italian and European Union Customers.
VAT-Registered companies within the ECC requiring exemption should contact us by mail or fax supplying VAT Registration Number and proof of registration.
